IT security law in the field of defence

Currently, there is a particularly high threat level from cyber attacks, but also from physical risks such as sabotage or natural disasters caused by climate change. The legal consequences are a multitude of regulations that apply both to organisations and institutions (in particular the NIS 2 Directive, BDSG, KritisVO; CER Directive, KritisDachG or DORA) and to products (in particular the Cyberresilience Act).

It is important to understand the scope of these regulations and their relationship to each other and to ensure their practical and efficient implementation. It is important to embed them in the overall (compliance) organisation, and our lawyers will provide you with legal support in this regard.
