Annalena Kempter advises German and international companies on all aspects of trademark and design law as well as competition law. She assists clients in the development, registration and strategic management of trademarks and designs and represents their interests both in and out of court. Her focus is on the sustainable protection of brand identities, the enforcement of rights in the event of infringements and competition law advice. She also advises on selected issues of patent law.
