Claudia Ballabeni, LL.M. (UCT, Cape Town)

Claudia Ballabeni focuses her practice on hospitality - hotels & resorts, real estate law and litigation. She advises nationally and internationally operating companies in various hotel-related real estate projects and negotiates the corresponding agreements as well as in complex commercial disputes. One of her main areas of practice is advising on contract negotiations, in particular with regard to the avoidance of future disputes and the implementation of efficient conflict resolution mechanisms in contracts. Claudia Ballabeni received her legal education in Passau, Munich and Alicante.
