Dr Arne Behnke

Dr Arne Behnke specializes in product liability and product safety law. Before joining GvW, he worked for more than two years as an associate in the dispute resolution department of an internationally active business law firm. He advises manufacturing companies on all liability law issues, in particular (inter)national distribution law, tort law, product liability and product safety law as well as licensing law issues. He represents companies in litigious proceedings in and out of German civil courts as well as before (inter)national authorities.
