Dr Elisa Kottlors

Dr Kottlors specialised in labour law during her studies and legal clerkship and advises on the entire spectrum of individual and collective labour law. In addition to providing ongoing advice to employers, her work focuses on advising on how to deal with conflictual employment relationships, as well as on matters of works constitution and collective bargaining agreements. Dr Kottlors also has particular expertise in restructuring, including conducting negotiations with the works council. She is equally familiar with the specific requirements of conflictual conciliation proceedings.
