Dr Ingrid Reichling is a lecturer in the DAA specialist lawyers' course for public procurement law and a member of the management of the Bavarian regional group of forum vergabe e.V. She specialises in public procurement law and public law. She advises both the public sector and private companies on national and international public procurement procedures/tendering, particularly in the areas of information and communication technology (IT/ITC), defence and security, but also in the transport sector (air transport, ports, transport infrastructure), in the health sector (hospitals, medical care facilities, emergency services) and in review proceedings before the public procurement chambers and senates.
