Dr Jan Fürbaß

Dr Jan Fürbaß advises national and international clients on both domestic and cross-border financing and financial restructuring in all asset classes. One focus of his work is advising financial institutions, private equity funds, investors and asset managers on national and international financing in the areas of property financing, corporate financing, project financing, acquisition financing, factoring and leasing as well as on loan sales. Jan Fürbaß also advises companies in crisis situations, in particular on cross-border restructurings.
