Dr Markus Kraus' practice focuses on all legal issues related to the development, production and marketing (including quality and crisis management) of food and feed, cosmetics and animal welfare law. In addition, Dr Kraus has a particular expertise in European administrative and commercial law; he represents food, feed and cosmetic companies in administrative proceedings and in court, the EU Commission, the ECJ and certification bodies. He has also published and lectured extensively.
