Jan Hüniken

Jan Hüniken advises national and international clients on all aspects of M&A/private equity/venture capital transactions. Prior to joining GvW he already spent several years as a lawyer in other international law firms. Mr. Hüniken studied law at the University of Würzburg, completed his legal traineeship at the District Court of Frankfurt am Main and in the corporate law practice group of an American corporate law firm in Atlanta (USA).
