GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised the Paulaner Brewery Group on the acquisition of the OeTTINGER brewery facility in Gotha.

Klöpferholz will remain in the hands of the fifth generation of the family: Hermann and Florian Wendelstadt, great-great-grandchildren of company founder Johann Christian Klöpfer, acquired 100 percent of the shares in Klöpfer & Königer Management GmbH as well as the associated logistics real estate.
