GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised a founder of DermLite LLC, a leading Californian provider of handheld dermatoscopes, on the sale of the company to FotoFinder Systems GmbH, a manufacturer of imaging systems for dermatology, and the re-investment in the buyer.

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised on the sale of Breitenbach Software-Engineering GmbH to the RLDatix group. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory clearances.
