GvW has been named Law Firm of the Year for Real Estate and Construction Law at this year's JUVE Awards. Dr. Robert Theissen, partner at GvW in private construction law, accepted the prestigious trophy yesterday evening at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt on behalf of the 36-strong team.

ÄHF Immobilienfonds GbR has sold Ärztehaus Friedrichshain to the Canadian NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT.
