The realization of construction projects and infrastructure projects requires compliance with numerous, complex legal requirements. Procedural law, especially with regard to participation by governmental agencies, and issues in substantive law in the respective specialized planning area as well as environmental law (protection against noise, protection of nature, water management, environmental compatibility) are high hurdles on obtaining permits for and implementing corresponding projects.
