Christopher Montgomery Vollert's practice focuses on public procurement and state aid and subsidy law. In public procurement law, he advises his clients throughout the entire procurement process, from the preparation and implementation of pan-European procurement procedures and national tenders to the awarding of contracts, including representation in review proceedings. In the field of state aid law, Mr Vollert specialises in particular in the area of climate, environmental and energy aid as well as in the area of research, development and innovation aid and IPCEIs.
