Christopher Montgomery Vollert

Christopher Montgomery Vollert's practice focuses on Public Procurement, State aid and Subsidy Law. In Public Procurement, he advises his clients throughout the entire procurement process, from the preparation and implementation of Europe-wide procurement procedures and national tenders to the awarding of the contract, including representation in judicial review proceedings. In the field of State aid law, Mr Vollert specialises in particular in climate, environmental and energy aid, research, development and innovation aid and in the area of foreign subsidies distorting the internal market. Mr Vollert is a lecturer at GIBT Colleg e.V. on third-country subsidies and in State aid and Public Procurement Law at the Bavarian School of Administration (BVS).
