GvW Advises Atlantic Bridge on the Exit from Dispelix

The Finnish AR device specialist Dispelix Oy has been acquired by AAC Technologies Pte. Ltd., a world-leading smart device solution provider. One of the selling shareholders, a fund managed by Atlantic Bridge, was advised by GvW Graf von Westphalen on this transaction.

Dispelix, headquartered in Finland, is a technology leader in diffractive waveguide displays for AR devices. Its advanced transparent waveguides enable seamless integration of real and virtual environments within the user’s field of view, serving both enterprise and consumer markets.

AAC Technologies, incorporated in Singapore and a wholly-owned subsidiary of AAC Technologies Holdings Inc., has been a strategic partner of Dispelix for several years. Together, the companies have developed next-generation AR optics platforms and collaborated with Tier 1 OEM customers globally.

Atlantic Bridge is an internationally active growth equity investor with offices in Dublin, London, Palo Alto, Munich, and Paris, focused on deep tech companies in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The firm has supported Dispelix in its journey to become a global leader in AR optics.

GvW advised Atlantic Bridge on this transaction through Frankfurt-based partner Titus Walek, who has been supporting the investor for many years in connection with transactions, most recently including the exit from SEMSYSCO.
