enercity Erneuerbare GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Stadtwerke Hannover AG, has acquired the Breeze Four windfarm portfolio from Ventotec International GmbH as a result of acquiring the Ventotec Group.
The portfolio includes 15 windfarms in Germany and France with an installed capacity of approximately 190 MW. The acquisition involves the replacement of the previously existing capital market financing from bonds admitted to trading on the Vienna exchange and other instruments related to the capital market.
