GvW advises Vsquared Ventures on the EUR 120 million Series B financing of NEURA Robotics

GvW Graf von Westphalen has advised Vsquared Ventures on the Series B financing round of NEURA Robotics, a leading German company in the area of cognitive and humanoid robotics. The 120 million Euros financing round, led by Lingotto Investment Management, also includes investors BlueCrest Capital Management, Volvo Cars Tech Fund, InterAlpen Partners, HV Capital, Delta Electronics, C4 Ventures, L-Bank and founder David Reger. 

NEURA Robotics, founded in 2019, is a pioneer in cognitive robotics and Germany's only manufacturer of humanoid robots. The technology company, based in Metzingen, has launched the world's first cognitive cobot – a collaborative robot designed to work alongside humans.

Vsquared Ventures is a leading venture capital investor in the field of deep tech based in Munich.

GvW advised Vsquared Ventures on this transaction through Titus Walek (lead) and Alexander Metz (both Venture Capital). A team led by Titus Walek had already advised Vsquared Ventures on a previous financing round of NEURA Robotics (more here).
