GvW Graf von Westphalen assists Orion in leasing out the "Hamburg Two Towers" to Commerzbank

Commerzbank is moving its headquarters in Hamburg:  The second largest bank in Germany has sold its headquarters in the Rathausstraße to Procom Invest and OFB Projektentwicklung and is leasing the "Hamburg Two Towers" at the Lübeckertordamm ("Hamburg Two Towers").  The owner of the "Hamburg Two Towers" is a subsidiary of Orion European Real Estate Fund IV, C.V., which is sponsored by Orion Capital Managers ("Orion").  GvW Graf von Westphalen advised Orion on the leasing out of the property to Commerzbank.

The "Hamburg Two Towers" in the St. Georg neighborhood, previously the German headquarters of PHILIPS, was constructed in 2005 and offers total space of 20,537 m².  The high silhouette of the office building with a total of 19 floors and the modern architecture mark a major point in the image of the city of Hamburg.

Orion is a European real estate company with offices in London, Madrid, Milan and Paris.  The real estate investor based in London is increasingly active in Germany through the Odin commercial property portfolio which includes a total of 19 office buildings.

GvW Graf von Westphalen advises Orion regularly in the field of commercial leases through the Hamburg attorneys Wolfram Müller (Partner) and Lutz Leonard Lamprecht (associate partner).
