GvW Graf von Westphalen once more advises the French Legrand Group in the acquisition of a majority participation in a German family-owned enterprise

GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the French Legrand Group in the acquisition of a majority participation in modulan GmbH. The Legrand Group has expanded its product portfolio in the specialized field of IT systems installation by acquiring this participation. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality about the further economic details of the transaction.
 
modulan GmbH is a successful family-owned company active throughout Germany with its headquarters in the Rhine-Main region. The core competence of modulan GmbH is rooted especially in the development and product of high-end equipment for computer centers.

GvW regularly advises the Legrand Group in its international transactions under the leadership of the Frankfurt M&A partner Eric Messenzehl; the M&A team of GvW just recently advised the Legrand Group, for example, in the parallel acquisition of Fluxpower GmbH and Primetech Srl (more).
