GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the sellers of Ubimax on the sale of the company.
The GvW team was led by Titus Walek (partner, M&A) and included partners Dr Frank Tschesche (Tax), Dr Joachim Mulch (IP), Christof Kleinmann, Karsten Kujath (both employment), senior associate Dr Michael Engel (Tax) and associate Zehnah Sino (M&A).
Earlier this year GvW advised Ubimax in connection with the investment by Fielmann Ventures (more). Frankfurt partner Titus Walek knows the company since 2016, when he advised Atlantic Bridge and Westcott on their investment in Ubimax.

GvW Graf von Westphalen advised the transmission system operator 50Hertz on the award of a major contract for the North Sea Connector 2 offshore grid connection project. The project involves the planning, construction, installation and commissioning of a converter system comprising an offshore converter platform in the North Sea and an onshore converter station in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The North Sea Connector 2 project is intended to connect offshore wind farms in the North Sea to the German electricity grid in future.
