“Innovation in China”: R&D Employees

During the last ten years, the worldwide innovation landscape has rapidly changed. By far the most patents worldwide are registered in China. Although still small for now, the share of patents intended to make it into the international market is growing. More and more international companies are investing in R&D in China – targeting innovative customers, but also integrating their China R&D into their worldwide R&D network.

In the workshop, IPR and employment law experts will talk about important aspects of innovation in China with a continuously changing legal framework. In addition, first hand experiences will be shared by senior R&D management.
