IBA Taxes Committee: The New Era of Taxation

One year on from the BEPS reports, it's time to verify the effects. The panel will focus on the recent trends related to general anti-avoidance rules, whether new GAARs have been introduced or existing GAARs have been amended. Special focus will be given to the expected Impact of the EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive and to the anti-avoidance amendments to the EU Parent-Subsidiary Directive.
