The Possibilities of Combining PPPs and EU Funds

The main objective of this international conference is to discuss the financial perspective 2014 – 2020 and integration of financial instruments with the PPPs. It is also intended to discuss the development of public infrastructure in the context of new PPP models and risk management tools, and to share experience of combining EU funds and PPP from several different PPP markets (France, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Germany).

For the german part Henrich C. Heggemann, lawyer at Graf von Westphalen in Hamburg gives a speech about the „EU Directive on the Award of Concession Contracts“.
